Rewards and Recognition

We celebrate positive behaviour, kindness, and effort every day. Our rewards system is designed to help children feel proud of their achievements and to encourage everyone to contribute to a happy, respectful school community.

Our Rewards System Includes:

• Whole-Class Pom Pom Jar – children earn pom poms for demonstrating teamwork, kindness and effort. When the jar is full, the class enjoys a special reward of their choice.
• ‘Proud of You’ Tickets – given to children who go above and beyond in their learning or behaviour. Tickets are entered into a draw for extra recognition.
• Recognition Board – celebrating children who have impressed us with their attitude, effort, or achievements.
• Child of the Day – one child is chosen each day to be celebrated for their positive contributions, effort, or kindness.

We believe every child deserves to feel valued and recognised, whether for academic achievement, personal growth, or showing our school values in action.
