Transition to High School

We are able to support children and young people joining us at any stage of their educational journey. If you are joining us at Yr 7 staff will visit our local primary schools to meet with the children and discuss any worries or concerns that they may have. A transition evening will take place in the Summer Term and provides an opportunity for parents, carers and children to visit together to learn about our culture and ethos. We hold transition days prior to the new academic year which enables new starters time on site to get to know their new surroundings. We welcome parents and carers throughout the year if you are looking to apply for an in-year transfer. Please contact the school office for more information.
